[Honda-C70] Re: Problems changing gears/shifting

 

After sometime and tons of other stress in life, I finally got a
chance to dig into the Honda.
Long stories short, the Passport lives another day and once again has
the ability to change gears! Special warm thanks to ...

appreciate your input on my specific situation. It definitely paid
off. Thank you again.

Any tips on more fluid and easier switching of the gears? Sometimes
when decelerating in third and as I begin to switch down I just can't
get into N or 1. The pedals goes into the complete action but the gear
does not switch. Or sometimes when I am accelerating, I go from N to 1
and then 2, but occasionally I "loose" 2 and the engine revs loudly
where I cut the throttle, shift back up and it remains in 2. Would
this just be more of a clutch adjust or something more serious?

Thanks to all again. Your time and suggestions helps countless people
enjoy what is the Honda Passport.
