Re: [Honda-C70] Plug threads in head

Thread is 1mm-10 I purchased a tap at Ace hardware, Irwin Hanson # 8338. I use it to clean up threads on all small Honda motors.

Take the old plug to an autoparts store, NAPA or Advance and they can match you up with the right thread tool. Good luckMichael

Ok I'm an idiot. For first time in my life after years of puttering with motor, I've crossed threaded the plug in my C70. Just the top portion. Is there a tap that I can used to straighten out the threads and if so, what size do I need? I need your wsdom badly!
