[Honda-C70] Replaced New Front Cylinder, Won't turn

 

Hi,

Today I replaced a front cylinder because my old one had stripped spark plug threads.
So everything seems to have went fine and I got the new head to fit in pretty perfectly... but then when I tried to kick start it... it would just get stuck.

It gets stuck at the point where the arrow and the T lines up. The kick start pressure is not able to over come, but I am able to use a wrench to help push through (wrench on the bolt where the points and compressor are located) but it's way more pressure than the kick start could ever generate.

Any idea why it's getting stuck and requires so much pressure to push it through?
