Are you trying to leave the group completely or just not get emails for every post?

If it's emails you're talking about, then there should be an option in the "edit membership" area at the near top of the page, by the group title. There you should find an option to change what messages you receive by email.

If you're just looking to leave the group completely, there is a button in the same "edit membership" page at the bottom.
