[Honda-C70] mixture screw working

 

I don't know what happens when we screw in the mixture screw. Does it increase the gas or air content? Makes it richer or leaner?

Iv never had timing chain tension adjusted, never cleaned oil sieve/filter, probably never had oil pump changed or even inspected. I want to do all these things.

I had clutch plates changed once but the ones which came out had good looking grooves. I suspect that initial plates were ok. When plates are bad, are the grooves almost all gone?

Is timing torch/gun best to adjust timing or visual setting is acceptable?
