Thanks for any help everyone. Up until a week ago the electric starter was working fine, but then a fuse blew. I replaced the fuse, and since then the only way I can get the bike running is by kick starting it or by popping the clutch. When I try to use the electric starter, it is definitely 'working' but not sufficiently to get the engine running.
Possibly related: the bike is stalling constantly. Not while I'm riding, but in neutral.
