In any case, yes, this list is Mike's baby and that won't change.. and as
the OP has said, he's not trying to steal away Mike's thunder. That said, I
certainly think that there is room for two. Or perhaps an evolution.. The
OP is looking for admin's / Mod's, and Mike's expertise would certainly
qualify him to help run things on anything that may evolve/exist parallel to
this mail list. In the end, it's a free iWorld.. the people particpating
will choose what carries on, and what sputters and/or dies - it's up to the
OP, it's his time and expense involved to take the chance.

I think that at the end of the day this is Mike Gladu's baby. He did the
original work he answers most of the posts and he has the consistently best
tech info; if he wanted a forum, he'd put one up, it's not rocket science.
In my personal view setting up a forum without Mike is pointless. But
that's just my opinion, YMMV.

I agree. I can build a forum this week. I am not trying to steal people from
this group or anything, I just want the information we seek and share to be
more easily accessible by anyone newbie or experienced.
I am going to buy a domain and set it all up. I build server and develop
tons of websites so management, development, and maintenance is nothing for
me.
