[Honda-C70] 83 Electric Problems

 

None of my electrical is working, and I am not sure why. I can kick start it and it runs so the spark plug is working. The headlight does not come on when it runs, and I used an electrical tester and can not seem to get any power. The bike does not have a key switch to turn it on. Is just has the end plastic part with the 4 wires to put a new one in. Do you think that is the problem? Also, I do not have all the turn signal connected, or the brake connected. Could that cause nothing to work? The battery seems good, but even if it was not, I think I should get some power somewhere.
