Re: [Honda-C70] c70 headlight question

 

It's kinda the opposite actually. Without the battery there to keep the voltage down, the bike makes enough when revved to blow out the headlight and the tail light if it's on. The system uses the battery as a voltage regulator. So you need a battery and it needs to be not dead although one that's not very strong will work.
