[Honda-C70] (unknown)

 

Hi i havent made a post in quite some time but i am looking for advice on getting my 1980 honda c-70 working my situation is that i have compretion, spark, and the timing is right and i have tried starting it with the carborator i have rebuilt and i couldnt get any flame and then i took the carborator out and tried starting it with either where should i go from here
