[Honda-C70] Shifting Problem

 

I have a 1983 C-70 and am having some gear switching problems. Here is a list of what it is doing randomly:

-Slips out of gear if I let go of the accelerator
-Does not always go to 1sy from neutral
-Have to push real hard to get it to shift

I tried adjusting the clutch as it showed in the service manual, but not luck.
