If you mean can you more closly time the crankshaft to cam timing, the answer is yes.
If the cam is just a few degrees off, you can slot the bolt holes and shim the cam gear to change timing.
If it is far off, you take the crank gear off and reindex it. Most small Honda engines do not woodruff key the
timing gear on the crank. A rule of thumb is +- 7 degrees is OK. If you do not want to change the crank gear
then drill the cam gear with new holes to re index the cam gear.

I actually fabricated my S65 to fit a C 70 carb so i have the right carb, but YES, i have all the right rods and pistons and everything right that. I think i'm pretty sure it's a timing issue. I set the rough time, with the fly wheel and cam sprocket, but can i set it a more precise way?
