And if the piston hit the head before with the wrong piston did the valves get checked to make sure they are sealing & not just a little bent . And is the " new " motor an 83 with the special long connecting rod & short piston to work correctly with " special 83 " high dome head . This brought up more question than I wanted to ask. Cylinder hone/bore, rings, head gasket and valves.

She took care of three fourths.
