[Honda-C70] Re: Air blowing out of carb, not sucking in

See the online Honda Passport '80-'83 shop manual in the files section of this group, or elsewhere, page 206, section 15, troubleshooting for the 82-83 Passport.

Adjusting the valves won't fix a rich condition, if that is what you have! Rich means thye fuel to air mixture has either too much fuel or too little air, or both!

Clogged/obstructed air intake or filter, stuck choke, mis-adjusted pilot air screw or float too high can cause this, I believe.

More unusual is the wrong carburetor on the motorcycle or the wrong main and or idle jet in the carburetor. Maybe the needle set too high?
