[Honda-C70] Battery question

 

Hello, I just got a c70 1981 Honda Passport and it doesn't have a manual.I think I need a new battery because:
1.electric start doesn't work2. turn signals are weak in daytime
What are suitable batteries?the one in there now says 6n112d 6v 11Ah
the battery store close to me sells this one:6 v 12 ah  Lcr6v12 for $20
is this one compatible or is the one I have in there now even the correct one?
