I have a 1982 Passport with a 110cc engine that I took from a Fly scooter Scout. It is a 4 speed with a dual clutch and a 20 mm carb. It runs really strong and will hit 55 to 60 on flat surface.
The 110cc top end is 1/4 inch longer so the stock exhaust does not line up. The engine its self was a direct bolt in. No problem there at all. It just depends if you want a passport with more power that can run a faster top speed.
