Yes Baby Huey,
I live in Lahore Pakistan, summer temps 45-48C, with heavy slow moving traffic. Almost no chance of cooling air hitting engine.
Yes Iv had new piston, rings, valves, seals etc 3,230km ago and it was expensive.
Yes oil change is very affordable, just like three good breakfasts.
Yes to sprockets changed 17-34 and great fuel economy.
Yes to normal driving speed of 40-45 km/h. 60 km/h being top possible speed.
Yes I will change oil at 1075km, when 3 Os roll up :), so easy to remember oil change time that way. Feel bad to let go of this great looking 1000 km old oil but will do it.
This time I will probably use straight 50 SC grade, or maybe 20w60, as I have almost full gallon can at home. Also have 10w40 for diesel engine and 20w50 for petrol engine at home.
Thanks for wishing me luck.

The changes to your gears with the advantage of a 4 speed trans giving great fuel economy. So if you can afford an oil change at each 1000km it will most certainly be cheaper than an engine rebuild at 10,000km or so. You said you have replaced piston & rings ,if I remember correctly. So you know what that can cost . If you want to decide that every time 3 0`s rolls up together on the odometer it is time to change the oil it is a simple way to regular maintenance for the bikes long life. Good Luck! Baby Huey

That being said if it is really hot where you drive 20W50 is one of the best and purest oil grades with the least additives. Still, the little Hondas are designed for and are much happier on thinner oil such as 10W40 or 10W30 (probably have to get motorcycle oil to get that grade).
