[Honda-C70] neutral switch question

 

replaced the battery in my '80 c70 with a new fully charged unit. brake light work, right front and rear turn work, left front works, but stays solid. back left does nothing. when the bikes in neutral, the light on the speedo is not coming on. the starter does not work either.

o.k., i know the bulb on the back left turning signal needs to be replaced. neutral light not coming on means new neutral switch? any help greatly appreciated. take care.
