[Honda-C70] Need some clutch advise...

 

I did something really absent-minded. I attempted to adjust my clutch on my 81 because it has seemed a little finicky lately. Long story short, I turned the adjuster a few rotations clockwise expecting it to start to bind so I could back it off. Then I remembered how it was done.

Well, now I can't seem to get it adjusted at all. The clutch is not disengaging. I have turned it back CCW until it starts to tighten, and then backed it off an 1/8 turn, but it is just not happening. I must have over rotated the adjuster or something. Any thoughts?
