[Honda-C70] 1981 passport 145 miles!! close to mint

 

just bought a yellow honda passport c70, best shape i've seen. It was owned my an old lady who never rode just stored the bike. My question is should i ride it and have a blast with it or store it as kinda as a collectors piece. Im a college student
