BMW 4-series using 3-series platform and taking BMW 5-series GT as inspiration it reportedly will be visible in the design of the grille and slim design of the lamp.
And like the 3-Series Touring, BMW 4-Series will carry the rear-wheel drive system (rear wheel drive) with the MacPherson front suspension and rear multi-link on that also will use the latest generation of electric power-steering system.
In addition, BMW also reportedly will also provide versions of All-wheel-drive xDrive for 4-series.
As for the kitchen power, the German car manufacturer will provide a choice of 4 or 6 cylinder engine that will get the fuel intake of gasoline or diesel fuel including gasoline-powered engine with 245 bhp 2.0-liter four-cylinder capacity of which was introduced in X1.
Currently, BMW is also developing three-cylinder gasoline engine that can provide fuel efficiency to 75 mpg with CO2 production of less than 100g/km of CO2. But BMW is still weighing whether the machine is suitable for 3-series or 4-series
