[Honda-C70] turn signals stopped flashing...

 

This winter, when I bought my '82 C70 Passport, the turn signals flashed slowly. I didn't realize at the time the battery was low and when the starter didn't work this spring I used the kick start and drove it on a dead battery. I replaced the battery and the burned out headlight. When I turn on the turn signals they will light up but don't flash. Is there something else I may have burned out that needs to be replaced?
Suggestions will be appreciated.
