[Honda-C70] dratv Headlight Replaceable bulb unit - is it bright enough?

Hello,
I have 2 1981 c70s.
Bike 1 has a 12v bulb, so the light is not bright enough at night.
Bike 2 has a resent blown bulb (HM-18N-S Stanley 3V15/ 15W )and the light was brighter than Bike 1 but could be brighter.
Bike 2 has a 15w so I would think a new unit with 25w would be brighter (and $3 per replaceable bulb sounds good).

Is the following bright enough at night
(6V_25w_25w HEADLIGHT BULB (24N) at 25watts?
or would Halogen or something other be better?

Norman
