The way I see it, the yellow with red tracer goes to the start switch.
The two red on the main contact go to the bike. One will become
the ship's switch +, the other goes to the rectifier as the rectifier's +
The black wire goes and connects to the black of the ship wiring
Black in this case is ship' + after the switch.
The yellow w/ red tracer and the black are small 18 gage
soldered to the start relay.
The yellow with red tracer has a female end
the black has a male end, it plugs into the harness along with the
rear stop light switch into a dual femal socket

Subject: [Honda-C70] Wiring issues
Hi,
I just bought a 1980 C70 that has some wiring issues. I am trying to trace the issue with a couple of wiring diagrams but it looks like some wires were cut around the Starter Relay. I have the positive end of the battery meeting the fuse and one end of the rectifier on one terminal.
Does anyone have a high-res jpg they could email me of what the wiring looks like inside the battery case? Especially the layout of the starter relay?
