RE: [Honda-C70] Re: Wiring issues

The yellow/red wire is soldered to the relay about 1/4 " from the small black wire for the magnetic holding coil. The large threaded posts on the relay are the starter contacts . One hooks directly to the positive battery post with a thick cable ,that is the only wire connected to the positive post of the battery . The other post hooks directly to the starter with the other thick cable . The frame of the bike/motor is the ground for the starter. The yellow/red & black wires plug into the wire harness under the gas tank. You need to remove the battery to get at those wires connectors . Sounds like you need a new relay . Good Luck ! Baby Huey

I'm trying to figure out how to hook the wires to the starter relay correctly. The yellow/red wire has been cut and I'm not sure where it attaches on the starter relay. Anyone know where that goes? Thanks
