The engine block appears to be going for $70 on ebay, or you could get a new Lifan from dratv.com
Both have their benefits. The new block keeps it stock & once you're done you're done. The new MOTOR means a break-in period, higher price & a good amount of rewiring.

Ha, anyways, the top right screw hole on my left case was stripped really bad, and i didn't really see how i could re-thread it because the diameter of the middle case where the threads are were as big as the left case where there aren't threads. So. . . I decided to try and just put a screw through it to see if i could tighten up the case and stop the oil leak. Bad idea. It worked good at the beginning, but the farther in i went, the more fragile the case got and i ended up cracking and braking off the place where the screw goes in on the left case. Any ideas of what i can do now. . .?
