Hey Trey, I'm glad to hear you like the rear baskets I made. Like I said when i sold them to you, they take so much time and then the cost of powder coating makes them so much more cost prohibitive. It is hard to search the photos in the group but the photos I put in there under "scott's rear baskets" show the original design on my wifes 82 (like i fabbed for you) and the baskets I made for my 82 that can carry a case of "pop" each. Thanks again. Scott

Hey Guy's and Gal's
I bought some baskets just like the one's show in the attached photo's from someone who's name and email I've since misplaced...I've wanted to respond to all the inquiry's regarding "grocery baskets" but couldn't offer a path to offer any help...
I have these baskets and they are great...Go small grocery shopping and SAVE GAS using them...
Good luck to all
Thanx for all the good input since I became a member of this group...

Hi William,
thank you very much for your quick and helpful response. The legshield bag looks realy amazing, but what I saw at youtube was a kind of basket, made of natural material. Anyway, your information is very helpful - unfortunately the seller seems to be located in Canada - or is this a misunderstanding on my side.
All the best!
Thomas

Hi guys,
I am the more or less proud owner of a realy messed up C 70 from 1989, living since 2009 in the wonderful Lao PDR - but work is in progress. I don´t like these baskets I saw on your pics personally - although they are looking really wonderful. I saw at a youtube video a basket (made of kind of natural material), which was mounted between the seat and the steering something between the legs of the rider. Maybe it was fixed at the rack. Any idea what it is, where to get it etc.?
Greetings from Vientiane, Lao PDR
Thomas

Hey Lenny, nice bike. Where did you get the "Black Leather Rim"? I've seen that on some asian bikes and thought it looked slick. Did you make it or did you find a place to buy it somewhere?
