Well yes, but the charger I mentioned is a 2amp trickle charger. I seem to remember that the current model even detects 12V/6V automatically. Hmm, found the spec page, looks like it's 1.5amp now:

Here it is at walmart for $19.54. They should have it at the local store. Perhaps I'll upgrade not having to switch could save me a battery at some point.
