[Honda-C70] Re: Riding in the rain....

 


I ride in the rain plenty of times, and no problems. If it rains on it again and again and you don't care for it things can start to rust of course. If you leave it parked in an extreme downpour and a little water goes down the air filter tube it can choke a little next time you go to start it and possibly foul the plug in which case you'll need tools to get it started again. The cheap thing to do if you suspect that's happened then when you go to start it use the kicker not the starter and rev it up to a high idle as soon as it starts and hold it there for about 10 seconds to blow the water out.
