[Honda-C70] Honda C70K1 from the UK?

 

I have a C70 that looks like it's from the UK...I think. I'm trying to figure out exactly what model it is (the VIn reads "C70E 63......"). It has the little extra light where the C70 emblem plate on the front underneath the headlight is. There is no electric start.

Am i thinking right to say it's a UK version of the early C70? Is this a rare model in the US?

If someone knows about these i will post pictures
