[Honda-C70] honda C70

 

I have a Honda C70 scooter that was given to my son to try to fix up and ride as a dirt bike. We have no idea what is really wrong with it so we were wanting to try to sell it for parts or as a whole. Does anyone know where or who might like to buy this. I am not sure what year it is or how to find out.
