[Honda-C70] electrical fault

 

Hi I have an 82 C70 which has been off the road for 8 years.
I've cleaned the carb, new tires and battery, and checked the fuse.

With the key on, I have horn and turn signals but no speedo indicator light or gear shift indicator light and no starter.

Where to look next ? Thanks Mike
